Being healthy is a lifestyle and a journey that never ends. Whether you are just starting your journey or happen to have gotten off track, I am here to provide all the guidance, coaching and motivation I can to help you find your path and stay on it.

  • Youth Fitness Specialist – Level One & Two (International Youth Conditioning Association)
  • Speed and Agility Specialist – Level One (International Youth Conditioning Association)
  • Master of Arts in Teaching  (Aurora University)
  • Bachelor of Science – Mathematics Education (Northern Illinois University)
